Tips In Concealing BELLY FATS

Belly fats?? whoaaa... who doesn't know what that is?? Both women and men have concerns in how to dress to cover and still be fashionable with thier so so unwanted belly fats that makes thier own way in flaunting themselves(in a bad way.hehe)...but no worries, its not just you having this dilemma or the person reading this....try to look around you , be observant for a while and you will see,..a lot of people has the same problem that your facing...even me has those belly fats that ive been trying to get rid of for years now...lol

it might sound weird that im writing this even though i was not able to get rid of my own fats , but then ...i'll just give you some tips on how to cover them and perhaps in removing those unwanted fats so you can walk straight, stomach in and chest up with pride......

Anyway having knowledge about your body size and how much you weigh is a big help in analyzing whats good dress will fit you and make you stand out in the crowd....i know were all excited to hide those bellies ...so lets get started then

THE DON'TS

1. Never wear loose clothing to cover your belly fats, its understandable that its the universal solution that even kids do this days...(right?)and believeing that wearing loose clothing will hide the bad curves that we have is always at the peoples mind set in covering bellyfats...but thats partially correct but in one way or another it will just make you bigger and bulkier? that people will notice you easily....(make sense?)
(see how they look with loose clothing)
2. Dont cover yourself with sweat shirts it will just add more volume to your body

3. and of course if your not allowed to wear loose clothing, dont ever try to wear skinny and very skimpy cloths as well for it will just make your tummy and bellies alive like a snake circling
 in your body...(cant imagine, lol)
4.Don't wear too many colors at once. your not a clown at all.

( too much color will make your bellies brighter)

5.Avoid any clothing combination that defines your waist, including any belted or drawstring looks.

6.Skip wide belts, long necklaces, big pins

7.Skip tucked-in blouses, cropped tops, belted jackets

8.If your hips and thighs are less than svelte, skip leggings, big patterns below the belt, narrow trousers

9.Never wear anything shiny over an area you are trying to hide.

oh oh oh..i know its really saddenes you to not wear your favorite dresses/shirts that you lingered around for so long now....the things you treated your bestfriend wherever you go...but dont
pity yourself that much we've got good things in store for you too...i hope this will help you to be more fashionable with your belly fats tuck in...

THE DO's

as mentioned in number 1.

1.Wear clothes that fit you well, and aren't too tight or too loose. Tight clothes will cling to bulges, emphasizing them more. Loose, oversized clothes will just make you look larger.
2.Choose tops that draw attention away from the belly area. For men, this could be collared shirts or V-neck tops, which elongate the torso. For women, empire-seamed tops (when a seam runs right under the bustline) draw attention upwards, while the fabric under the seam floats away from the body, camouflaging a larger belly.

(see how the ruffles steal the attention from the belly part...if you have belly fats..then feel free to use this kind of top and your bellies will not be even noticed.)

3.Wear pants that have flat, not pleated, fronts. Pleats only add more volume. Women's pants that have a side zipper and a flat front give a slimming illusion. Do not wear tight pants to "hold in" extra fat.

4.Find jackets or sport coats that fit well in the shoulders and can button ov
er the stomach area. Choose jackets that fall to mid-hip. Well-fitting jackets are flattering on men and women. They accentuate your shoulders, making them look wider, which draws attention away from the belly.

(this are coats that can definitely conceal mens fats, but still gorgeously fashionable)

5.For women, wear skirts and dresses that have a slight A-line shape. The flare helps to balance out a larger stomach.

(mid-hip coat with a-line shape skirt that makes your bellies unnoticeable)

6.Avoid tops that have large patterns which will draw attention to your stomach. Instead, select small patterns that can camouflage bulges.

7.Go for tunic tops, loose jackets, softly pleated pants

8.Black is great as a quick fix as it is very slimming - for styling, but still choose what best fits you.

(collared shirt for men)

9.Any vertical detailing is your friend, as is anything with a knot-front which rests just over the stomach.

Vertical stripes give the illusion of slimness, but watch out - horizontal stripes do the opposite.
(the most common thing i always wear-the horizontal stripes...grrr)

10.Wear tunic-style tops and sweaters; they’re flattering, yet spacious. Select square shape jackets, as they are roomy and cover the stomach.

11.If your hips and thighs are less than svelte, skip leggings, big patterns below the belt, narrow trousers

Tips
Don't worry about size numbers. Sizes vary by designer. Wear whatever size fits you best. But never ever forget Be confident and proud of your body! You're beautiful, even if you aren't the skinniest person on the planet.
